This page is for a property manager who asks Soapy Clouds to clean a building or a unit they look after in St. Louis or the surrounding communities.

How a visit is confirmed
The manager who sends the request is the person we confirm the visit with. A form on this website asks us to get in touch. It does not confirm the visit by itself.
The scope of work is agreed before anyone arrives. The schedule can be set around the building, including after hours.

Price and extra work
The price is the price discussed for that scope. Extra work is discussed before it is done.
Soapy Clouds is insured and bonded. That coverage is for the agreed visit.
