What this page is
A customer can ask for a short written note in addition to the visit we have already confirmed. That note sits beside the scope already agreed. It does not replace that scope.

Changes
Anything extra, or any change to the time, is discussed before the visit goes ahead. If there is no separate written note, the scope agreed before the visit is the agreement for that visit.

Pages on this site describe the services. The scope confirmed for a particular visit is the one that applies to that visit.
